TerraNova Precision Coatings specializes in Flexstone Coatings – a premium line of cold-applied sundeck and roof systems. Flexstone lasts a lifetime and is designed for harsh climates (it’s even used as far north as Nunavut!) and heavy traffic (vehicle parkades, commercial and industrial applications). The system is fully CCMC approved so it is written into the BC Building code as an approved flat-roof membrane.
Customers’ options are limited when it comes to finding a reliable membrane for applications over living-space. Systems like vinyl and torch-on struggle with potential leak-risks at seams and wall transitions. Flexstone is a seamless monolithic membrane that has been formulated for foot and vehicular traffic.
